- We have a YESplus course this Fall Quarter! You have two choices and both require you to fill out this application.
OPTION 1: YESPLUS FOR CREDIT
- 1-unit course is MED 130 - The Practice of Happiness is available on Axess; a quarter-long 1x/week class with a mini-retreat included.
We meet Thursday evenings 8:00pm - 9:30pm (on Axess it says we start at 7pm, you can ignore that)
Class dates
Thursday, Sept 24th 8pm - 9:30pm
Thursday, Oct 1st, 8pm-9:30pm
Thursday, Oct 15th; 8pm - 9:30pm
Thursday, Oct 29th; 8pm - 9:30pm

- AND
These are the mandatory dates for the mini-retreat:
- Thursday, Oct 15th; 8pm - 9:30pm
Friday, Oct 16th; 6:30pm - 10pm
Saturday, Oct 17th; 12pm - 5pm
Sunday, Oct 18th; 12 pm - 5pm
- If you cannot take this retreat, you cannot take the course this quarter (unless you are a repeater)
option 2: yesplus 4-day workshop for no-credit
- This is a condensed option - a non-credit course, still held on campus.
- Thursday, Oct 15th; 8pm - 9:30pm
Friday, Oct 16th; 6:30pm - 10pm
Saturday, Oct 17th; 12pm - 5pm
Sunday, Oct 18th; 12 pm - 5pm
what is the difference between the two options?
- In Option 1: MED 130 you get credit. In the 4-day workshop, you don't. In MED 130, we also focus on you sustaining the techniques you've learned throughout the entire quarter. You also have continued community to support you. We highly recommend MED 130. However, the 4-day workshop might work better for your schedule. It's still a great option!
how to apply
- As mentioned, in either case, you need to fill out this application.
